On the CBBC details page, how should I interpret 'Type: May have residual value (R)'?

CBBCs are divided into Category R (may have residual value) and Category N (no residual value). For a Category R CBBC that may have residual value, when the underlying stock or index touches the call price and triggers a Mandatory Call Event (MCE), investors may still have the chance, after settlement, to recover part of the cash value (i.e. the residual value) based on the strike price, settlement price and conversion ratio.

What do the 'Financial Cost' and 'Financial Cost (per annum %)' provided on the details page mean?

The financial cost is the funding cost charged by the issuer when issuing the CBBC, which is already built into the issue price of the CBBC. This cost decreases daily as the CBBC approaches its expiry date (i.e. the financial cost is deducted daily), while the per annum % annualizes this cost so that investors can assess the holding cost.
